Dr. Simon Silas Ayaka is a political theorist, currently Senior Lecturer and Dean of the Department of Social Sciences at Phoenix University, in the Agwada Nasarawa state of Nigeria, where he teaches courses such as "Theories of State and Society" & "African Political Thought."
Dr. Ayaka's research interests range from Nigerian politics to debates in democratic theory, in general.
Having attended Benue State University, Makurdi and University of Nigeria, Nsukka, Dr. Ayaka received his PhD from University of Nigeria, Nsukka.
